• Supervise on-site construction work, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor site labour force and contractors to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Set out, level, and survey the site using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to ensure proper execution of works.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report to the Project Manager.
• Prepare site reports, daily logs, and documentation for inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Assist in preparing material requirements and managing site inventory.
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure the proper implementation of quality control and safety protocols.
